The idea is to provide a set of Objective-C classes which wrap around NSFileManager, allowing uprising iphone developers an opportunity to easily learn, use, and deploy applications which require fast, efficient and feature-rich file operations.Considering the early stage of devolopment, this set of classes only includes file search operations that are asynchronous . Here are some key features of "iPhone FileManager": FileManager class: · The ability to register/unregister multiple FileSearch objects · The ability to register/unregister multiple extensions and return the results into each associated FileSearch object, irregardless of how many file searches are currently in queue FileSearch class: · Easy asynchronous file searching using the cooperation of the FileManager class · The ability to determine whether a search result is either a regular file, a directory, or a symbolic link Requirements: · iPhone
