isort Description

isort is an open source plugin for the Kate/Pate text editor of the KDE desktop environment, designed to automatically sort Python imports for you. isort is able to sort imports alphabetically, while it automatically separates them into sections. It requires the latest version of the Pate Kate extensions or the Kate text editor. The plugin parses specified files for global level import lines and arranges them all at the top of the file, grouped together by the type of import. There are also isort plugins for the Vim, Sublime, and it can probably be ported to other text editors as well.
