Quick Calendar Description

The Quick Calendar application was developed to be a simple calendar application that allows you to countdown to major U.S. holidays and other user-defined events. You can customize the program so when you are within a user-specified number of days of an event it highlights itself in one of three eye-catching colors. You can also customize the calendar to show the current date, show the week number, and display itself in a variety of color schemes. Quick Calendar 1.5 also prints one page monthly calendars. Quick Calendar 1.5 is a stand-alone executable and is powered by Borland Delphi 5. Scroll through the dates of the calendar by clicking on it. You may click on the arrows, month name, year, and individual dates. The selected date is always shown above the calendar. As you select dates, the countdown to U.S. holidays, annual days, and unique days are calculated and displayed. The user may add up to six annual days and six unique days of their own. The user may customize the program so when you are within a user-specified number of days of an event it highlights itself in one of three eye-catching colors. The user may customize the calendar to show the current date, show the week number, and display itself in a variety of color schemes. All the customization parameters can be accessed through the View | Options menu item or Ctrl-O. The user may print simple monthly calendars by selecting the File | Print menu item or Ctrl-P.
