Full-Time-Employee Owner Requirement Activity for Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 will ensure that every newly created of modified group object in FIM portal has an FTE (co)owner assigned to it. This "policy" will ensure that group objects will not become "orphaned" when user is no longer associated with the organization and therefore no longer present in the FIM portal database.
