WhichAddress for Exchange 2000/2003 allow you to see what address the message was originally sent to, assuming you have multiple SMTP addresses. So the actual SMTP address can be displayed in Outlook instead of mailbox name. You can set up WhichAddressPF on per-folder basis or as store-wide application, i.e. it will work on each mail-enabled public folder. The application is server-centric, so you do not need to install any extra software on the client side.
