WS Tools Description

WS Tools is used specifically for Meteor Scatter, usually on 2m, its advantage is its very high data rate so that even a "ping" of 40ms can still provide useful data. WS Tools is an effective weak signal mode for EME (moonbounce) and Troposcatter, it can typically decode data when the signal is below the noise level for most people.
