ValidateMate Description

ValidateMate is a handy and reliable appliaction designed to extract files from the optical documents such as PDF, TIFF, MDI, JPG or PNG files, word-processed documents or spreadsheets and validates which files contain or do not contain specified words / phrases and stores the results in a database in order to view the validated files / folders. When you view the results in a grid, and you double-click a (grid) row is, the file will opened having all the specified words/phrases highlighted. Main features: Processing of MDI, TIFF, PDF, PS, BMP, JPG, PNG, or BMP files, word-processed (e.g. doc, txt) files, and spreadsheets. The ability to specify any number of words or phrases to validate for, at the same time; Windows Explorer processes only one word or phrase at a time. The ability to specify whether one word/phrase OR another word/phrase, or one word/phrase AND other words/phrases are validated for. Processing of specified page, or pages in optical files. Recording of validated file names, invalidated file names, and skipped files. Processing of folders and sub-folders. Processing of files based on wild-cards, such as "*.PDF" or "f*.tif" Table views that allow for filtering and sorting of validated, invalidated, or skipped files' data. Reports for validated, invalidated, or skipped files, file creation dates, and the date of processing.
