This is a video capture tool  that will let you capture video through a capture card, TV tuner, DV cam, DVD player, iPod, PSP, AVI, WMV video, etc. VideoCap Mobile is an ActiveX control that allows you to easily integrate video capture and image processing capabilities into applications you are developing. It will handle many popular mobile video formats like the MP4, PSP, FLV video formats and MPEG1, MPEG2 formats. You would be able to capture video from IP cameras and convert them to AVI, MP4, FLV, MPEG1, MPEG2 files. This opens up the possibilities of developing a large number of video based applications including security/surveillance applications. Some manipulations that can be done to the captured video include rotate and invert video. You are able to add a overlay to the video captured. You will be to use define transparent color, alpha value. Time stamps can be added, in 18 different date formats, on live video or save to video file. Fonts used in the text can have be user defined size and color on overlay text/time stamp.
