Tumara XF Description

Tumara XF for Skype was designed to extend the basic capabilities of Skype and enables you to transfer inbound and outbound Skype and SkypeIn calls to anyone in your Skype contact list. With Tumara XF for Skype, the Tumara XF Operator can answer an incoming Skype call from Skype User A and place User A on Hold using the Tumara XF Hold button. Tumara XF for Skype then automatically opens the operator's Skype Contact list. The Tumara XF Operator then calls any Skype or SkypeOut contact listed in the Skype Contact list (Skype User B). After User B answers and agrees to accept the call from User A, the Tumara XF operator then clicks the Tumara XF 'Transfer' button to join User A and User B in a private Skype conference call. With Tumara XF for Skype, users place transfer any outbound Skype call to anyone in their Skype contact list. The Tumara XF operator can place a Skype call to Skype User A. After User A answers the call, the Tumara XF Operator can place User A on hold using the Tumara XF 'Hold' button. Then the Tumara XF Operator can place a second call to Skype User B. After Skype User B answers the call, the Tumara XF Operator can click on the Tumara XF 'Transfer' button to join User A with User B using the Skype conference feature.
