ToWinPop Description

Sends command line network messages to WinPopup or compatible service. Addressing with computer or user names is supported. Sending text files is also available. It can be used from command line, batch file, other program, or its own dialog box. ToWinPop does not add or alter any system settings, require installation or de-installation, add or modify other files. Assembler coded - fast execution - the smallest file size.
