Swift PDF Description

Swift PDF facilitates the quick creation of PDF documents from images. It is very simple to work with and ideal when you need to gather data and save it to PDF immediately. After a short and uneventful setup operation, you can check out the standard window with the intuitive layout, representing Swift PDF's interface. Images can be loaded into the workspace using the file browser, as long as the files have the BMP, GIF, JPG or JPEG format. You can insert as many pictures as you want, and view them in the bottom half of the screen. After you establish the output directory and file name, the PDF document is immediately built. It is possible to configure some PDF settings beforehand, namely to specify the size (e.g. letter, legal), top, bottom, left and right margins, sizing option between stretch, fit and full size, along with the orientation between portrait and landscape. These preferences are applicable to all pictures in your list. Furthermore, Swift PDF lets you edit PDF metadata when it comes to the title, subject, author and keywords, as well as to establish the default directory for the output files. The program is very light on the system resources, using a minimum quantity of CPU and RAM. It creates PDF files quickly and without popping up errors, hanging or crashing; we haven't come across any difficulties in our tests. Too bad that it has not been updated for a long time. Otherwise, Swift PDF can be handled by beginners and users who are looking for a straightforward application with no complicated features, in order to collect multiple images into a PDF file.
