Star Wars: The Old Republic, also known as TOR or SWTOR, is a massively multiplayer online role-playing (mmorpg) game based on the Star Wars universe. Swtor is developed by BioWare and LucasArts and published by Electronic Arts. The story takes place in the Star Wars universe shortly after the peace between the re-emergent Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. One can choose to be a Jedi, a Sith, or from a variety of other classic Star Wars roles. Along the way you will befriend courageous companions who will fight at your side or possibly betray you based on your actions. Together, you will battle enemies in dynamic Star Wars combat and team up with other players to overcome incredible challenges.
