SQL DB Validator is a powerful tool which tests the content of a database extract against its original data store using the specific SQL syntax for each of the data sources: ￭ MS-SQL ￭ mySQL ￭ DB2 ￭ Oracle ￭ Teradata ￭ MS-Access ￭ Excel ￭ and others Access to all of these databases is obtained using OLEDB and ODBC drivers. Tests can be contained in a single file and each test can be configured to connect to different data sources. This allows the user to: Compare the content of a Excel report populated from a cube, against the original content in the database. Using MDX, compare the cube content directly with the original database.
