NutriCalc XM2 Description

NutriCalc XM2 is a practical application designed for the manufacturers of meat products that want to detailed nutritional information about product recipes. The application allows you to create your own recipes by mixing ingredients from the standard databases or your own data file. With this tool you can analyze a recipe and review the nutritional facts within a few seconds. The program contains the McCance & Widdowson data files and the USDA data files that include the standard information for the ingredients. The XM2 version includes more details about the ingredients and the ability to calculate important details such as meat content, excess fat and excess connective tissue.
