Evoker Description

Evoker is a graphical tool designed to help you plot genotype intensity data in order to assess quality of genotype calls. The application implements a compact, binary format which allows rapid access to data, even with hundreds of thousands of observations. It provides a solution to the computational and storage problems related to being able to work with the huge volumes of data generated by such projects. Using Evoker requires two important parts: the data, formatted and named in a specific way, can be stored either locally or on a remote server to which you have SSH access and the main Evoker program, which is run locally on your PC and is used for displaying cluster plots and assigning them a Pass/Fail verdict.
