From Endured : I have come a long way since evil first corrupted a little girl's world. Back then, it all but guaranteed my destruction; and I, more than compliant, only supported its cause. A diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis nine days before my eighteenth birthday salted the wound--and I begged to know why. Endured is a collection of poems written over the past twelve years. They are the words I couldn't speak aloud. As I wrote the closing piece, I sat in awe of what is one more answer for my ever-questioning heart. My journey is forever but Endured is finally complete.
