Chronos eStockCard v3 Mobile Edition is an application that users can bring around on their mobile computer barcode scanner to record incoming and outgoing stock inventory in the warehouse. The entry can be through barcode scan or you could simply type in the quantity. The application will let you do a stock transfer operation. That would update the quantity in the inventory with the amount coming in/out going from the warehouse. Cycle count operations are also easily done from the screen of the mobile computer. Identifying items from the stock info screen is simple. You just have to enter the serial number. This number will be automatically generated by the eStockCard for tracking purposes. The software will then fill in the item details after retrieving the information from the database. It has five main modules to manage the main functions of goods coming in, stock transfer, cycle count, goods outwards and stock information. The interface is quite intuitive and just about anybody should be able to get productive with it in short time. Inventory tracking software with barcode system helps you to track sales, purchasing and warehouse inventory in detail. The heart of the product, the stock info module appears to a database of their own design. How far it will scale as your operations grow could be a concern.
