Book Register Description

Book Register is designed for book stores but will accommodate most retail operations. The cash register system supports keyboard only or keyboard/mouse usage and has hot keys to expedite frequently used functions. Book Register provides support for five taxes that can be defined to fit most if not all tax requirements, up to fifteen unique payment types, trade-ins, layaway, customer appreciation points, date sensitive promotions, split transactions, case lots, kits, purchase orders, store transfers, function level access, and more. In addition, Book Register has an integrated sub-system to order and track comic book purchases from diamond distributors. Numerous reports are available to track financial information and inventory turns. Bulk imports and exports allow data to be easily transported to and from Book Register. Book Register supports most scanners, thermal receipt printers, and cash drawers. Specific command sets can be defined for non standard devices to ensure they will function without requiring replacement.
