AutoTab Description

AutoTab is a straightforward piece of software that can automatically switch windows between running applications at a specified time interval that you can determine. It comes packed with limited configuration settings, so it can be handled even by less experienced users. The installation procedure is rapid and uneventful, and it does not require any special attention from the users. Its interface is based on a small, regular window with a plain and simple layout, where you can enable AutoTab to automatically run at system startup, as well as enable the option to minimize inactive applications. Plus, you can establish the cycle time (in seconds). Unfortunately, there are no other options available through this tool. AutoTab is very low-demanding when it comes to CPU and RAM, so it doesn't affect overall performance or interrupt normal activity, as it is minimized to the system tray area. We have not come across any issues throughout our evaluation, as the app did not hang or crash. On the downside, AutoTab has not been updated for a very long time.
