This application is meant to work as a client for OpenGTS™ - Open GPS Tracking System () OpenGTS™ ("Open GPS Tracking System") is the first available open source project designed specifically to provide web-based GPS tracking services for a "fleet" of vehicles. 1) This app captures the Geolocation data and sends the information to OpenGTS - GPRMC server in NMEA format. 2) This application saves the data locally in the absence of network connectivity and uploads to server when the connectivity is re-established. 3) The server, account, vehicle id, refresh interval etc. can be configured as per your needs - DEMO Version you cant change the account and vehicle id (it is fixed as test01 & test05 respectively) ====== If you want to install and configure an OpenGTS Server to work in conjunction with the OpenGTS Client OR want a preconfigured cloud based OpenGTS Server which can be used out of the box with this client application then get in touch with me on admin@admads.com; ======== YOUR COMMENTS/FEEDBACK IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED AS this app was tested on iPhone 4S and SAMSUNG SPRINT EPIC 4G and worked perfectly fine...however would like to know if it works on other devices as well ======== Tags: how opengts works, free download source code for the opengts project in android, alojamiento web opengts, opengts client, opengts create user demo.
