Easily use and edit BibTeX databases Bibkeeper is a free and open source tool built for editing and using BibTeX databases, with a user-friendly graphical interface, programmed in Java. Requirements: · Java What's New in This Release: · Added right-click menu to entry table, with choices "Copy", · "Paste", "Remove", "Add to group" and "Remove from group". · Added "Save special" menu item with two choices. First, save subset · of database defined by groups and/or search. Second, experimental · save database in OpenOffice.org CSV bibliography format. · Added Groups feature, which enables database to be organized into · overlapping groups. The user can view and make searches inside of · individual groups, or intersections/unions of groups. · Fixed bug that made it impossible to undo source panel edits. · The parser now removes all tabs, line breaks and excess · whitespace from entries. Entries are reformatted when saved. · Fixed a bug that made the parser hang on bases with a missing · delimiter between two fields. · Made sure whitespace at the end of the bibtexkey field is removed before save. · Fixed bug that made field contents in the optional and · general panels of the entry editor not get updated if the · fields changed (e.g. if a change was undone). · Made entries get saved in the order they are sorted on the screen, · except as limitd by the requirement on crossreferenced entries.
