Simple extension that customizes the Safari's Auto-Complete function First of all, SMRT was inspired by the extension that aims to solve the same auto-completion problem in Safari, developed by Tom Holland.Technically speaking, SMRT uses a true zero-width space makes it almost invisible in the auto-complete list as well as in the page title. Here is what you have to do to make it work: · You must delete your history once before installing for making the SMRT extension to work properly · Ditto for previously saved bookmarks (but who does not use a web-based bookmarking service?)· Bookmarklets that grab document.title might need to be updated to strip the zero-width spaces this extension inserts (a simple document.title.replace(/\u200b/g, ''); does the trick)Note: In Croatian/Serbian, “smrt” means “death.” It works on so many levels.
