An application developed with OMT shares exactly the same source code on every supported platforms.OMT uses an abstraction layer that can be redirected to any OS target. Today there are low-level layers for both MacOS (classic and X) and MSWindows.OMT includes classes for 2D/3D rendering and animation (through DirectX, OpenGL or its own software renderer), indowing, user-interface, sound, files, database, media importer (3D and 2D), input control, etc.
