A Java based package for image feature extraction FeatureJ is a free package of ImageJ plugin classes for the extraction of image features as frequently used in image analysis. The plugins can handle up to five-dimensional (5D) gray-scale images.FeatureJ provides extraction tools for 2D and 3D spatial features (derivatives, Canny edges, eigenvalues of the Hessian, global statistics, Laplacian zero-crossings, eigenvalues of the structure tensor) from gray-scale images and image sequences (up to 5D Requirements: · Java 1.5 or later · ImageJ What's New in This Release: · The plugins now require ImageJ 1.42b or higher. · All plugins are now HyperStack compatible.
