email2trac Description

email2trac is an open source and platform-independent command-line software written in Python and comprised of several utilities used for easily and quickly converting emails to tickets for the Trac issue tracking system. email2trac features support for converting email messages in the HTML format, support for attachments, support for updating tickets via email, Unicode support, workflow support, DiscussionPlugin support, FullBlogPlugin support, and spam detection. In order to control the behavior, the utility can be easily configured via its configuration file. Some command-line options are also provided when running email2trac from the Linux Terminal.
