ripperX is an audio CD ripper encoder GUI including CDDB support and the ability to encode as OGG, FLAC, MP3 and MP2 (toolame) RipperX is a GTK program to rip CD audio and encode it into MP3, OGG, or FLAC files.It can rip and encode in parallel, and has plugins for cdparanoia, BladeEnc, Lame, GoGo, FHG (l3enc and mp3enc), XingMp3enc, 8hz-mp3, and the ISO encoder.RipperX also has support for CDDB and ID3v1 tags.What's New in This Release:· Remove auto-generated files from SVN source tree. You should be able to build the package from the source tarball by running ./configure ; make. If that fails, make sure you have automake, libtool, and autoconf installed and use ./autogen.sh.
